Breyer Animal Collectors Guide Although this book is very good with excellent photography and information, it is not much different than the previous edition. I would highly recommend if you don't have a copy of the previous edition, but if you do, you may not find much new info in this edition.

Great resource for Breyer fans I recently had to price out my Breyer collection for insurance purposes and found this book to be an EXCELLENT resource. The pictures were well taken and the information was through. I was able to located every horse in my collection using this guide. My one criticism is that 'tack room' items are not included and would be nice to add to future editions.
breyer collector's value guide is it of value... Got the Breyer collector bug over the holidays and wanted a definitive guide. This guide has all the models but I found it very confusing because it did not give page numbers. I didn't know at the time that several molds could be used for many different named horses. The guide is divided under mold type titles which is confusing too. Without page numbers, it was hard to match and I found myself going page by page to identify on model horse. I'm used to it now but....also i finally found out that the values given are for "good condition" which is almost useless since collectors really want the box etc. too. It was very informative but it could be made alot easier read.
A must for any Breyer collector I have used each edition of this book as my Breyer Bible. It keeps getting better with each edition and is very well formatted. Lots of great information on the molds / models as well as up to date values. And the photos are incredible. I wouldn't be caught without it!
