Informative I ordered the movie for my son that was interested in space. He was 4 and I thought that this was more on his level for learning about the solar system. It was a hit. He thoroughly enjoyed it. The only complaint I have is they failed to inform me the case was beat up but the movie itself was in great condition and I did not have an ounce of problems!
A great Barney Video My daughter loved this video when we first got it - probably because it was so different to the other ones - they just weren't in the schoolyard but got to travel in a space ship and go to outer space. Quite an adventure. As usual my daughter loves the catchy songs with simple lyrics for her to sing and simple dance moves for her to copy. Any Barney fan would love this video.
I love that red satin space suit As a cast member of the show Barney And Friends, I'd have to say this is probably one of the best Barney films ever made, not to mention one of the most entertaining to sit through. My cousin has this movie cited by memory, and its adorable to watch him dance around like a lunatic and staring in awe at the effects and "pretty colors". If you're looking for a video to watch with your kids over and over again, look no further.
One of the best Barney tapes. After watching Barney on PBS and VCR (we have at least 20 different Barney tapes) regularly for 2 years now, this tape is one of very few left that I still can watch (if not enjoy) with my toddler son. It has everything 2-3 year olds like: stars and planets, sound effects and gadgets on a space ship for boys and cutesy girl's stuff. After seeing dosens of times everything that is out there, "Barney in Outer Space" along with "Barney's Great Adventure" and a couple of others remains my and my son's favorite. So, if your little one is under the Barney's spell and you have to have a Barney tape, buy this one (and "Barney's Great Adventure") and hope that they will outgrow it soon.
Barney rocks my world I think this movie is super-de-dooooper! It's nice to know that Barney could go back to his home planet of Uranus. It was sad that Baby Bop's space ship got blown up by Barney's evil martian twin Blarney, he's soooooooo mean. Poor old Baby Bop. this movie is to sad for children under the age of 13. THE END
