A Solid Arc This was a pretty good volume overall it had some rough points but, overall it was a solid read and the art is prett solid. I really liked the Black Lightning story line and that was worth the money alone. This is the last solo arc of the Outsiders and it was a good one I enjoyed it greatly. The series wraps with the Checkout crossover and has since be relaunched as Batman and the Outsiders.
