FINALLY! A book with Substance This book is truly a guide to Real Estate Investing and not one of those BS Guides that explain the terms of real estate. This book gives you the behind the scenes tactics that other Real Estate Investors have made millions from.
The author even goes above and beyond and provides all kinds of FREE Information for a real estate investor to use right away to start making money.
A must read for any out of the Box thinkers OK, I listened to Mark Evans on one of his calls and decided to order 3 copies of his book (2 for friends). When I got it I read it slowly over a 2 week period to let it sink in.
Although it is not really a how to book it is inspirational and it was for me as well. I have purchased many courses over the last 3 years and the common thread is you have to take ACTION.
This book will help you see that.
My suggestion is to buy the book and put the information to work for you.
Load of crap Dont bother with this book.. Its basically a sales pitch to buy other real estate books / programs.
The author has basically verbatimed his radio show or some other audio program.. So it is quite irrating to read a book which is really transcribed audio tape .. Its all bold / big font.. so you are reading a page in 10 seconds.. further the author is just interviewing other authors who are full of fluff about how they got rich..
There is no concrete, usable information that a reader of this transcribed crap can use. Don't waste your time or money on this.

The real "cherry on top" is the conversation with entrepreneurial legend Michael Gerber, author of The E-Myth Revisited. In my experience as a real estate investor I've seen many an investor fail simply because they didn't treat it like a business either because they didn't know how, or because it never even occurred to them. That single chapter is worth $1,000- no joke.
Great Book - Great Guy! Get it now! If you want to learn Real Estate investing and learn how to do it the right way then you want to get this book. This is a must READ!
