5 out of 5 starsExcellent
Great book. Excellent source of information for someone who has MS or has a loved one with MS. It's very specific about the things you should do for your health to improve. You just have to put in the effort.

3 out of 5 starsWe must consider what we write.....
I appreciate everyone's optimism and exuberance about this book. I am a 43 year old woman that has been diagnosed with MS since 1995. Not as long as the author, yet considering I was a quadriplegic for 3 months in '99 I feel it is within my rights to comment. I am now fully ambulatory, no one would have a clue I am struggling with a chronic illness if they were to see me during an up time, which is often, but never as up as I was prior diagnosis. I must ask all of you, author included, to desist in stating that this diet will 'cure' MS. There is currently no cure. Period. Of course, healthy living helps, that is obvious.......But have you considered how it might it make people feel that have tried every book and diet and treatment and nothing is seems to improve their condition or stop progression? This disease has truly horrific potential, fortunately for those of us that have R/R we have some hope for remission, yet not a 'cure'. No 'cure' insight, may I add. This disease is insidious. You simply never know what will happen next, possibly nothing, no one knows. Please do not add insult to injury, please. Mental attitude is so very important, let us support and be considerate to the individuals out there that have not been able to go into 'remission', regardless of diet or supplements.Libre de esclerosis multiple/ Healing Multiple Sclerosis

1 out of 5 starsREADER BEWARE!!!
I agree with last reviewer...if you only read books like this YOU WILL DO YOURSELF harm. If I wasn't the type that hightlighted as I read---bad habit---I would have returned this JUNK SCIENCE BOOK before the end of the first chapter. I'd resell mine to you for a quarter but I'd feel bad for cheating you out of twenty-five cents. Besides, I wouldn't sell this crap to anyone with MS. Please, be smart and do some REAL RESEARCH. Don't waste your money.

5 out of 5 starsI started treatment suggested
I was diagnosed multiple sclerosis, a year ago. I made two relapses. I want to restore this disease and this book gives me the means to achieve it.

5 out of 5 starsEnlightening and well-written book to live by
I thank this woman for not taking the easy way out and dying, but instead coming back to help all of us. I have purchased 3 of these books...one for myself, one for my sister, and one for my daughter who has MS. We are determined to live healthier lives on a more natural food diet. This book has become our manual for getting rid of all the things that are bad for us...sugar, caffeine, too many anti-biodics. Well-written and easy-to-read, this book will be our reference manuel fot elinimating the toxicity that has become our daily lives.
