very informative This book definitely gave me some great ideas of how to deal with stress from school, both while im there and while im not. Hard to believe that such little things can make you feel so much better but this definitely gave me some ways to de- stress and is the reason that i'm really set on joining karate again. Also a lot of the ideas are things that are really creative and you wouldn't expect, but actually work, like ways to make you wake up more in the morning, which could be a huge help to any average high school student. -Lisa M.
