cool Interesting book, with fun ideas to play with. written well, easy to read - not too far out there or to basic. Using the ideas/ methods have brought interesting and positive changes to my attitude and the people around me.
Nothing short of Inspirational I bought this book about 8 months ago and use it at least weekly. From depression to bringing new love into your life and everything in between this book addresses so many of life issues by way of working with your Aura. Change your Aura, Change your life uses color rays meditations to help uplift your spirit and cleanse your Aura. I believe this book is a beautiful addition for any person seeking alternative self healing methods. Since I have used this book I have a noticed and increase in my intuitiveness and have more spiritual awareness. This book will definately enhance your life!
Books with awesome illustrations of human energy
This is one of several books out there that give pictures you can see of what energy really looks like. This book is very focused on color and what the colors of the auras mean. I find it very useful to see actual illustrations. Add this to the list - check out Barbara Brennan (the perennial guide) with Hands of Light - great pictures; that new book Energetic Anatomy with the great cover illustration (by Mark Rich) and the lush interior black and whites - these two books have the best illustrations I've seen. and of course Alex Grey rocks too, though I don't know how accurate his pictures are.
