Decent item, we all need something like this This is a pretty nice 'book' for keeping all your birthdays/wedddings/etc dates straight. The art is nice and timeless, as you need to consider that you will have this hanging in your bathroom for many many years. The paper could be a bit heavier, but the spiral binding seems that it will hold up. I think it is a bit expensive for what it is, but it will do the job nicely for many years to come.
Attractive calendar This lovely birthday perpetual calendar has nice images and good reproduction. The calendar is made to hang up: I wish that the hanging device was of a better design. The spaces to write names beside each date are adequate, I wish that there was more vertical space for dates. That being said, the calendar is easy to use and nice looking.
Very Beautiful and Useful Calendar I bought this calendar for my 82-yr-old mother, who is now forgetting to copy over the birthdays from year to year. I have a similar calendar I got at a museum and thought this one would be perfect for her.
The pictures are lovely -- mostly of fruit and flowers. I think the reviewer who said they were ugly was probably thinking of Wilma's "Faces" Calendar, which is rather dark and unusual.
This one (Morning Light), however, is beautiful and the colors are bright and cheerful. I filled in all the birthday and anniversary dates for her and my Mom just telephoned me and said it was wonderful and how much she likes it!
For those who are wondering, as I was, the spiral is on the top, and there is a nice little metal hook to hang it on so that it will remain fresh year after year. The pages are medium weight and there is just the right amount of room on each line to fill in names and whatever else you may wish in include.
All in all I think this is a wonderful buy and I highly recommend it.
ungly and no good I really did not like this item. The colors are ugly and it is not really a book, it is more like a calender. I do not recommend it at all.
Great gift for your children This rotating calendar is a stylish way to remember birthdays and anniversaries of loved ones. I wish my parents had given this to me years ago, before I made the fatal mistake of missing my mom's birthday. I'm still working my way out of the dog house with the help of this calendar. The still life prints are beautiful too.
