YO JOE !!!! All you need in a G.I. Joe guide. Good for The beginner or The veteran Joe collector.
Library worthy This Book was a great tool in finding a base for your figure line's prices. Makes those who look through and read it, go " Man if I only still had this... and that, But I blew them up!"as said by one of my Co-workers when he read through the book. It has helped me figure out what my original Joes are worth today, and together with updated monthly publications like Toy Review Magazine It just adds to the How quickly these toys climb in value( and fun). I recommend this book to anyone who is a collector of G.I. Joe. Note: Does not cover 12th scale G.I. Joe, only 3 3/4 inch figures!
Yo Joe! This is a great guide, showing the vehicles and figures of the Joe collection through the years! I use it a lot as a reference when buying and selling Joe's online. The only downside is that it only shows 1 or 2 pics of most vehicles and figures, but you can see multiple pics online of them, so not a big deal. Over all, I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because there could of been more pictures and a little more description of certain vehicles and figures.
. A good book, the visuals are nice and the little bits of knowledge scattered throughout make it entertaining. Having all the toys listed and shown brings back memories from the past. The only thing missing is the artwork on the blister packs, and sideshots of the vehicles.
No Pics of Figures with their artwork cards!!! the main reason I wanted a gi joe book was to see the old art work on the cards/boxes the figures/vehicles were sold on/in. but no. other than that, 'tis a decent book, interesting pics, price guide, brought back alotta childhood memories!! got it in the mail under 5 days, too....impressive!!!!
