Another Great book ... Another Great book to visit the Patterson's with. "For Better / For Worse" has to be one of the best comic strips of all time. It really makes you think, "They are just like my family", and if you do not have kids, read the books so you know what to prepare for.
Things Are Looking Up This book covers the humorous growing pains of the baby April and the oh-so-true lives of the older children, Lizzy and Michael. I laughed at the thought of taking care of the new baby, felt the internal angst at Michael getting a summer job and his drivers license, and felt right at home as Elly fussed over the new car and the pictures during the holidays (just like my mom).
