Documentation for Physician Assistants This book pretty concise with the do's and don'ts of writing soap notes. I really like the set up and the chapters are not long at all. It is an easy read.
Alexis Good source for documentation. It gives senarios and mini case studies. I would recommend it for admissions,post surgical or outpatient.
