Amazon.com: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sinbad star in this frivolous comedy about two fathers who are trying to locate and purchase the same hugely popular action toy on Christmas Eve. Schwarzenegger plays a busy father who makes lots of promises to his son that he can't keep, while Sinbad is a crazy postman just trying to make his boy happy. There are some truly comic moments in the film, such as the sight of Schwarzenegger being chased by a reindeer, and the obsequious efforts of a neighbor (Phil Hartman) to insinuate himself on Schwarzenegger's wife in the big man's continual absence. But for the most part, Jingle All the Way is a disposable, live-action cartoon. A DVD is available. --Tom Keogh
I was an extra in this movie Unfortunately my scenes were cut or you couldn't see me due to a tight shot. The movie was filmed in April when it was warm weather. You'll notice no smoke is coming out of people's mouth during the outdoor scenes. I think this was before they could Computer Graphic it in. I thought the movie was ok if you have nothing better to watch. It is better than "Junior". lol
Highly entertaining The movie Jingle All The Way is an extremely entertaining movie which must be watched with children, preferably under 12 years. Any parent who has frantically searched for his son's toys at the eleventh hour can immediately relate to the main character who searches for the coveted toy for his son for Christmas.
arnold saves christmas Classis Arnold comedy with the addition of sinbad to boot. Tons of laughs for anyone who loves this acting master. Got to get the turboman!
A Good Christmas Movie! Jingle All the Way brings to the screen the story of a father as he rushes to find his son a Turbo Man action figure on Christmas Eve. Things get a bit complicated though, when Turbo Man action toys are the year's most wanted toys... Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rita Wilson, Jake Lloyd, Phil Hartman, Sinbad, and the rest of the cast, have carried out their performances wonderfully. Very well written and very well presented, the movie is without a doubt guaranteed to provide more than just a few laughs during the holiday season. The setting, the plot, the dialogues, and the music are all good. In conclusion, Jingle All the Way is a movie definitely worth watching and one to seriously consider adding to your movie collection if you are a Schwarzenegger fan.
