A Real "Eye-Opener" -- Very Informative and Well Written -- Buy it I really, liked this book and I've read dozens and dozens of real estate investing book. Conti and Finkel cover strategies, negotiating techniques, and selling for top dollar. I especially liked the fact that there are ample real-world examples of successful deals that were put together using the strategies and techniques being taught. I would rate this as one of the top-ten books on lease-option investing available.

GOLD MINE!
