Designed by someone who has never designed a book. * The book is 160 pages yet only has 4 or 5 items listed in the table of contents * The top of the pages are all vibrant green, the bottoms all vibrant red * The maps don't always connect points between floors, making them useless for navigating. * The pokédex listing at the back is poorly laid out. * Topics for different locations are presented in a disjointed, out-of-order fashion, making it difficult to remember where things are on the page.
Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green The book was excatly what we wanted and it was in great condition. It was delivered in the time frame that was stated on the order. I would definetly use Amazon for future purchases.
Great book. We bought this book for my six year old who has a Game Boy Advance Leaf Green Pokemon game. This is what he has to say about the book: I really like it. It helps you beat the game. It has cheat sheets that teach you what to do in certain situations. I would like more words to explain the maps instead of just pictures. Overall it is a great book and I would recommend it.
Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green (Prima Official Game Guide) the guide is full of typos and misinformation. the pokedex in the back is very weak. it shows no stats for any pokemon. it only has what moves they learn (of which many of them are typos) it also doesn't have what a nature does to a pokemon. (in other words, it doesn't tell what stat a nature hurts and helps) it also is missing a list of all the moves in the game. it only has the 50 TMs, but the other moves (non TM and HM) are not in the book. i have to use 2 other guides to make up for this. the only use for this guide is to find items, however, it's not worth it since there is no other information what-so-ever.
pokeman fire red and leaf green grandson was FINALLY able to obtain the answers he needed to con't with the game..it stops the frustructions that come with trying to master a game. very helpful for the parents and grandparents too.
