Same as 'Slim for Life' I normally review books only after purchasing and using (as I dislike when others post feedback for items they haven't even tried out), but this was a specific case where I felt it would be very useful to post some comments to other buyers. I am pretty certain this book is the same as 'Slim for Life' which I purchased on Amazon and have read through-- you can find it here: Slim for Life.
I was actually just about to purchase this book 'Ultimate Health Plan' today, because I adore Gillian's health advice and really found the 'Slim for Life' book useful and informative. So I wanted to purchase others of her books. Just as I was in the process of purchasing this book, I noticed that the title of this book "Ultimate Health Plan: The Diet Programme That will Keep You Slim for Life" is quite similar to "Slim for Life: The Ultimate Health and Detox Plan". I noticed they are both 224 pages (from Gillian's website), and include the sections "Level One: The Wake Up Call" "Level Two: The Ultimate Health Plan" "Level Three: the Dr. Gillian detox" and "Level Four: Slim for Life". So I assume they are the same exact book, and luckily I stopped myself just in time from buying this one, as I already have 'Slim for Life'. The book I have is for the American audience as it uses the American measurements (cups, Fahrenheit etc), so perhaps this book is made for the English audience (?)-- that's just an assumption, though I'm not for certain.
So if you have 'Slim for Life' I wouldn't recommend purchasing this one. On the other hand, if you haven't checked out 'Slim for Life', it's a really inspiring book with beautiful fruit and veggie photos, weight loss tips, a 28-day diet plan, and other motivation and guidance. Highly recommended!
