Used for class This book came nicely wrapped and brand new from Amazon. It came within a week from when I ordered it! I have found the book very helpful for my Organizational Behavior class that it was assigned for.
Required course reading; over-priced $140 new--YIPES! If I could do it over again I would definately buy it used. Classic concepts that don't change every few years, so an old one would be more than fine.
