Great Buy I recently used this book for a class in college and loved it. The way it takes you through the programs step by step, then takes you through while you actually do it is great. It also gives a wealth of information about terminology and has some nice review questions at the end of the chapters. It covers a lot of ground wihtout actually bogging you down with a ton of work.
