Very good review book I've used this book while studying for my Boards in 2007. Now, being a licensed pharmacist, I recommend it to all my students. In particular, reviewing all the cases at the end of the book DO HELP tremendously in preparing yourself for the actual NAPLEX format questions.
Good starting point!! This book is great for figuring out what topics you need to work on. I would recommend using this book and the CD-ROM first, and then using your class notes, APHA or Kaplan book to work on your weaknesses. The NAPLEX changed in 2005. This book may have been enough back then, but not anymore. STUDY TIPS: All you need is a month or less. Make sure you study brand-generics, calculations, HIV, chemo, and all major disease states (DM, HTN, etc...). The test was more hospital based than I expected, so review your rotation binders. I used this and the Kaplan book and I passed easily. Good luck!

Excellent Book was listed as used, but in brand new condition. I was surprised it had no markings, included the CD, and looked like it wasn't even used. I got a good deal on it and got the book earlier than expected. Great job!
Wonderful assistance I studied this book from cover to cover and from cover to cover again while I awaited my exam date. Once I got started on the actual NAPLEX the questions were almost elementary after having gone through the somewhat rigorous questions found in this guide. The CDrom test is handy but ultimately once you have taken it once the test doesn't change and is therefore useless. I suggest this study tool and can't emphasize enough how much it made the actual exam easy.
