Amazon.com: In the American version of the first feature based on the TV series, Sakura wins a trip to Hong Kong and brings Tori, Julian, and Madison (Toya, Yukito, and Tomoyo in the Japanese original) with her. They meet up with Li Showron (Li Shaoran), his cousin Meilin, his beautiful mother--and the evil sorceress Su Yung, who hates Clow Reed, the wizard who created the magical Clow Cards. The American version is aimed at a younger audience than the original, and Sakura's crush on Julian (Yukito) isn't mentioned. The insight Sakura gains during their battles enables her to defeat the enchantress in the original film; in this version, she whimpers while her enemy disintegrates. Cardcaptor movie 1 I liked how we got to see a bit of where Saoyran came from and meet his family, also like seeing something from Clow reeds past. Excellent storyline with enough action to keep you on the edge of your seat.
Cardcaptors Was Great! This DVD movie will keep everyone in suspence. The colors and artwork very vivid. The story never wondered off the subject. Sakura was kept on her toes all through the movie. A must see for those who love Cardcaptors.

This movie is VERY intense for a cartoon movie but that's what I LOVE about it. It's REALLY good. And it had a lot to tell about Clow Reed and everything else. YOU MUST WATCH IT!!!
A new evil rises!!!!! This moive is great. She-yu can put up a good fight but Sakura can beat her!
one of the coolest anme movies ever i really like this movie along with all the other cardcaptor sakura movies that i have. im collecting them all and this movie is new to it. for those of you who really like anime i suggest that you buy this movie along with the others like this one as well.
