| | 3. Dragonslayer |
| Starring: Peter MacNicol, Caitlin Clarke, Ralph Richardson, John Hallam, Peter Eyre Directed By: Matthew Robbins October 21, 2003
I watched this long ago as a kid, and thought it was okay. Watching it again as an adult, it is just cheesy. The plot is there, but sorely lacking, and even though it's called, "Dragonslayer", there are no dragons in this movie. At the end, where you are expecting the main character to fight the dragon, he instead is battling a wyvern. That's a pretty big difference. The acting was pretty bad... more

| | 4. Saturday Night Live: The Best of Dana Carvey |
| Starring: Christopher Guest, Robert Smigel Directed By: Christopher Guest, Robert Smigel, Robert Altman, Paul Thomas Anderson, Albert Brooks October 28, 2003
The multi-talented comedian Dana Carvey gets his due here, and rightly so. During his seven-year stay (1986-1993), Carvey run the gamut from hilarious impersonations (Jimmy Stewart, George Bush, Sr., Ross Perot, Mickey Rooney) to memorable characters (Church Lady, The Pepper Guy, Massive Headwound Harry) to classic sketches (Church Lady, Hans & Franz, Wayne's World). A stand-up comedy veteran even... more

| | 5. Corvette Summer |
| Starring: Mark Hamill, Annie Potts, Eugene Roche, William Bryant, Richard McKenzie Directed By: Matthew Robbins August 30, 2005
Features:- A cherry Corvette Stingray. A gorgeous girl. And a summer in glittery Las Vegas. What more does a guy need for the wildest, weirdest, funniest, freakiest time of his life?Mark Hamill (Star Wars) and Annie Potts (Designing Women) make comedic and romantic sparks fly in a revved-up tale of car-brained Kenny (Hamill), trailing a Corvette that's mysteriously boosted after his high school shop restores
WOW, it's finally here!
I actually never thought I'd see this one on DVD, a true classic. It's strange to see Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) chasing after Corvettes, but this is 1978, and He apparently had some time between Star Wars films. Another interesting fact, the actor that portrayed the car thief, Kim Milford, also starred in the film "Laserblast" that same year. He seems to... more

| | 8. Saturday Night Live - Christmas |
| Starring: Christopher Guest, Robert Smigel Directed By: Christopher Guest, Robert Smigel, Robert Altman, Paul Thomas Anderson, Albert Brooks October 28, 2003
Most of the Saturday Night Live DVDs feature just one cast member in particular, but this Christmas collection features almost all of them (as of 1999). Some skits are from the 70s, starring the likes of Chevy Chase, Bill Murray, and John Belushi. Some are from the 80s and 90s, starring Eddie Murphy and the likes of Chris Farley, Mike Myers, and Adam Sandler. All of them, however, are very funny. The... more

| | 9. Bingo |
| Starring: Cindy Williams, David Rasche, Robert J. Steinmiller Jr., David French, Kurt Fuller Directed By: Matthew Robbins August 26, 2003
I've seen this family film many times when I was a kid. Now, it has become a reminder of my childhood. Unfortunately, it isn't as great as the other films that I've watched when I was a kid (like The Land Before Time & Flight of the Navigator). It's very average for an animal flick. But it still has likeable characters, a well-written script, and some nice humor. "Bingo" can still enjoyable for... more

| | 10. SNL - Bad Boys Of Saturday Night Live |
| Starring: Christopher Guest, Robert Smigel Directed By: Christopher Guest, Robert Smigel, Robert Altman, Paul Thomas Anderson, Albert Brooks August 12, 2003
This video is very funny. It shows some of the tremendous talent of some of Saturday Night Lives alumni who went on to become big movie and tv stars such as Rob Schneider who my son and I had the pleasure of meeting after one of his live comedy shows right before Christmas 2009 and talking to for almost two hours and taking photos with him. In person Rob is a very nice, down to earth and funny guy... more
