| 1. Life as a House (New Line Platinum Series) |
| Starring: Hayden Christensen, Kevin Kline, Kristin Scott Thomas, Jena Malone, Mary Steenburgen Directed By: Irwin Winkler March 26, 2002
this movie arrived on time, in perfect condition. I love this movie because it shows that even though no family is perfect, you can make the best of it. The father and son re-bond and try to make things right again. Nice story. A few of the the sexual parts could have been left out, so viewing should be limited kind of R rating??... more

| | 2. The Net |
| Starring: Sandra Bullock, Jeremy Northam, Dennis Miller, Diane Baker, Wendy Gazelle Directed By: Irwin Winkler March 06, 2001
This movie came out quite a while ago, when the "popular" internet was still in its infancy (or toddler years). It portrayed scenarios which at the time seemed ludicrous and far-fetched. However, in 2010, identity theft is all too real since the 'net is connected to everything. I did not particularly enjoy this movie (just can't dig Sandra Bullock), but I will give the film-makers credit for their... more

| Starring: Samuel L. Jackson, 50 Cent, Jessica Biel, Brian Presley, Christina Ricci Directed By: Irwin Winkler October 23, 2007
I really don't have much to say about the movie, bought it cause it was bluray and the price was right. I would say it was a so, so movie. It lacked in regards to the point it was trying to make in regards to veterans coming back and the issue's they face trying to deal with beingback home... more

| | 5. At First Sight |
| Starring: Val Kilmer, Mira Sorvino, Kelly McGillis, Steven Weber, Bruce Davison Directed By: Irwin Winkler April 27, 1999
This film has two different parts or halves: one is a light love story not very original: Amy, a female architect falls in love with Virgil, a blind physiotherapist. This isn't much until you join the another part, because that's yes, a very big and I think very difficult neuro-physiological problem. Perhaps yes, in the USA that question has been attempted to cure. If yes, I don't know with... more

| | 9. Guilty by Suspicion |
| Starring: Robert De Niro, Annette Bening, George Wendt, Patricia Wettig, Sam Wanamaker Directed By: Irwin Winkler June 01, 2004
In 1947 the House Un-American Committee (HUAC) held hearings on the Communist influence in Hollywood. Those who refused to "cooperate" were sent to prison for contempt. No one could work unless they cooperated by naming their friends as known Communists. In 1951 one man refused to cooperate, Larry doesn't want to be an informer. How did they get his name? Guilty by association? Then David Merrill returns... more

| | 10. Night & the City |
| Starring: Robert De Niro, Jessica Lang, Cliff Gorman, Alan King, Jack Warden Directed By: Irwin Winkler November 18, 2008
This rewriting of the famous Jules Dassin 's Night and the city is an explicit homage to him. At those times Richard Widmark and Gene Tierney played the stellar roles in London surrounded of a visible violence 's atmosphere, desolate and pathetic.
The camera incurs to my mind in an excessive attention focused on De Niro and somehow missing the rest of the plot, those slender features... more
