I would rate this movie a 9.0/10. It was a great movie and the cast does a great job of bringing the characters to life. The one flaw of the movie is it drags on a little too long at the end. Hopper definitely has talent as a director and he delivers perfectly on the feel of a drifter in the steaming hot noir. Lastly, Don Johnson gives the performance of his movie career.
