| Starring: Jack Klugman, Lynette Mettey, Garry Walberg, Val Bisoglio, John S. Ragin Directed By: Alex March, Alvin Ganzer, Bruce Kessler, Corey Allen, David Moessinger June 07, 2005
Quincy was always one of my favorite shows and I am so happy that it is now out in DVD format. The packaging is sturdy and will allow me to keep the DVD's together for viewing over and over again. I will be able to enjoy this quality show whenever I wish. As the description on the cover box says,"This is the medical mystery hit that started it all!" Judith Gribble 1/10/2010... more

| | 2. The A-Team: Season One |
| Starring: George Peppard, Mr. T, Melinda Culea, Tim Dunigan, Dwight Schultz Directed By: Arnold Laven, Bernard McEveety, Bruce Kessler, Christian I. Nyby II, Chuck Bowman December 16, 2008
A very entertaining program with a good mix of action, humor and good will. At times the writing is corny. This is a show I enjoyed as a kid and now I'm able to share it with my kids who enjoyed it as much as I did. This is good entertaining family programming if you are not overly sensitive to violence. This is an action hero show, so it is packed with gun play, fist fights, car chases and crashes... more

| | 3. The Rockford Files - Season Four |
| Starring: James Garner, James Luisi Directed By: James Garner, Richard Crenna, James Coburn, Harry Falk, Bruce Kessler May 15, 2007
We have rented and watched all the seasons, and this is far and away our favorite. James Garner is at his peak - there are great guest turns by Isaac Hayes and Dionne Warwick, among others. If you only buy one season of rockford, let this be it!... more

| | 4. The Rockford Files - Season Three |
| Starring: James Garner, Noah Beery Jr., Joe Santos, Robert Webber, James Luisi Directed By: Bruce Kessler, Christian I. Nyby II, Jeannot Szwarc, Jerry London, Lawrence Dobkin February 27, 2007
Haven't, yet, looked at season three. I am watching one or two programs a week starting with the very first show. These "crime fighting by an average guy" shows are the best. There are signs of patchwork writing to make them fit an hour. But, they are the best of what television had to offer over the years. It was a neat series while it lasted. Garner has aged very badly and is now a hospital... more

| | 5. The Rockford Files - Season Five |
| Starring: James Garner, James Luisi Directed By: James Garner, Richard Crenna, James Coburn, Harry Falk, Lawrence Dobkin January 15, 2008
It's a wonder James Garner only won one Emmy for his portrayal of Jim Rockford. He's so darn human it almost hurts sometimes to watch him get beat on or hoodwinked by his own friends. That aside, season five is another great one, although we all mourn the loss of Beth Davenport. Old friends show up: the always lucky but often clueless Lance White, Rita Kapkovich and Richie Brockelman among my favorites... more

| Starring: Barbara Eden, Larry Hagman, Bill Daily, Lew Brown, Gabriel Dell Directed By: Michael Ansara, Bruce Kessler, Claudio Guzmán, Hal Cooper, Jerrold Bernstein July 08, 2008
Season Five is the best season of them yet! I purchased it primarily to complete my I Dream of Jeannie collection. Now that the price is down, hurry up and buy it!... more

| | 8. Alias Smith & Jones - Season One |
| Starring: Ben Murphy, Roger Davis, Pete Duel, Ralph Story, Dennis Fimple Directed By: Barry Shear, Bruce Kessler, Bruce Wilson, Douglas Heyes, Fernando Lamas February 20, 2007
This light comic Western was probably consciously based on Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (Two-Disc Collector's Edition), but it creates a world and characters all its own and is perhaps the best note on which the great TV-Western era could have begun to go out. Hannibal Heyes (Pete Duel) and Kid Curry (Ben Murphy), "the two most successful outlaws in the history of the West," are the leaders... more

| | 9. McCloud - Seasons 1 and 2 |
| Starring: Dennis Weaver, J.D. Cannon, Terry Carter, Diana Muldaur, Milton Berle Directed By: Alex March, Boris Sagal, Bruce Kessler, Douglas Heyes, Jack Smight August 09, 2005
I remember this show well from the 70s. While I saw Colombo as being an "old man", Dennis Weaver was a sexy man that appealed to me. McCloud isn't as entertaining as Colombo but it is very good and I found it fun to watch the old shows again. I hope that they release the other seasons soon. The old NBC Mystery Movie. ... more

| Starring: George Peppard, Mr. T, Dirk Benedict, Melinda Culea, Dwight Schultz Directed By: Arnold Laven, Bernard McEveety, Bruce Kessler, Christian I. Nyby II, Craig R. Baxley April 12, 2005
Season 2 is great!!! I like the episode of Diamonds N'Dust where Griffins are held. I like they put the gun on the cover of bread dough. This episode called Heavy Recipe for Bread. Season two is the best!!!! :)... more
