By: Richard Pini, Wendy, Wendy Pini Publisher: Warp Graphics Pubns 1994-01
Of course, being an ElfQuest fan, I love pretty much everything ElfQuest, including this book, and so will you if you like ElfQuest in general.
However, this is the paperback/black and white edition-don't buy it! Warp and Marvel comics are coming out with hardback, color editions of I believe all of the ElfQuest storyline, just slightly re-organized from the last hardcover/color... more

| 2. Kings of the Broken Wheel (Elfquest Graphic Novel, No 8) |
|
By: Wendy Pini, Richard Pini Publisher: Warp Graphics Pubns 1994-03
This is the last of the great Warp legacy. The new editions are fine, but this one was the most gripping and the last full edition of Wendy's art. Book 8 hs got to be the most emotional of all the series and to get that kind of emotional pull in a graphic novel is outstanding. If you can, please get ahold of the color editon. Fantastic!... more

| 3. Siege at Blue Mountain (Elfquest Graphic Novel Series, Book 5) |
|
By: Wendy Pini, Richard Pini Publisher: Warp Graphics Pubns 1994-01
This book suffers from huge ordering errors (which no one seems to be in any great hurry to correct...) The story, while enjoyable, is near impossible to decode without asking another fan or using the original comics as a guide. Even if you can decode the confusing order, it's impossible to immerse yourself in a world when you're hunting for the next page ^^... more

| 4. Elfquest Book #09: Rogue's Challenge |
|
By: Wendy Pini, Richard Pini, Sarah Byam, Charles Barnett Publisher: Warp Graphics Pubns July 01, 1994
This book is in a sense the successor to the "Hidden Years" collection. That book collected the first five issues of the series of that name; this one includes the next five - but rearranged to form a complete narrative.
Only the last story, the highly-regarded "issue 9.5", was actually drawn by Wendy Pini herself. The other segments were among the first EQ issues drawn by the Pinis'... more

|
By: Wendy Pini, Richard Pini, Elfquest Book #06: Secret of Two-Edge Publisher: Warp Graphics Pubns 1994-01
Winnowill is at her worst and Rayek is shockingly (almost endearingly) vulnerable as the target of her latest manipulation. So our arrogant SharpDark Highthing desires not only power beyond his wildest dreams, he wants to be loved...
True to the original quest, the book is packed with dramatics: the reunion of Dewshine and Scouter, Two-Edge's confrontation with Clearbrook, Tyldak being... more

| 7. Elfquest Book #07: Cry from Beyond |
|
By: Wendy Pini, Richard Pini Publisher: Warp Graphics Pubns October 01, 1994
At first, I was sad and thought that is this what EQ is becoming? This? I'd like to cry. But I read more. This is a good one, though I don't like the drawings. But this comic really made me laugh. And this had a tale in it, a good one. Some EQs don't have very much happening and story inside them, but this one has. Go on, read this one. EQ will never be what it was in original... more

| 9. Quest's End (Elfquest Graphic Novel, Book 4) |
|
By: Richard Pini Publisher: Warp Graphics Pubns 1994-01
I say this is more (much more) bloody than others of four ordinary ElfQuest, but it is writed well. There is a story much morer than ever in "Fire & Flight". Kahvi's the new character in this( you see her in picture) , and she is the chief on elkriders, who call themselves Go-Backs. Go-Backs live in shadow of mountains were is a HOME OF HIGH ONES. And with wolfriders they found it. once more i... more
