| 1. Princess and the Frog (Read-Aloud Storybook) |
|
From: RH/Disney Publisher: RH/Disney October 13, 2009
I was really disappointed with this book. The colors are very dull and even though the story was ok, to me it just was not fun to read. My daughter, who is 3yrs old, loves for me to read to her, so it does not matter to her at all. However, if your child loves bright colors and pictures to get them interested, this is not the book for them... more

| 4. Toy Story (Junior Novel) |
|
By: RH Disney Publisher: RH/Disney August 11, 2009
I got a number of children's books this Christmas for the Toy Drives. This one was hard to let go. The style reminded me of the Little Golden Books I read when I was little. The drawings are softer and the colors more muted than in contemporary books. The illustrations aren't computer generated so they are not like the images in the movie, which you might like or might not like... more

By: RH Disney Publisher: RH/Disney July 23, 2002
I bought this for my 4 year old grandson who loves the story and video. It is a cartoon type book with bubbles for dialogue, not a story book. It is too difficult to have a small child follow this. I recommend the Golden Book version of the story... more

|
By: Dennis Shealy Publisher: RH/Disney December 23, 2003
Very nice stickerbook but it is more of a one use only as opposed to a reusable. The stickers are quite thin and are easily torn if not removed carefully. They are also quite tacky once they adhere to the pages of the book. I would have expected the sticker paper to be a bit thicker or perhaps more of a plastic type material which would be fairly resistant to tearing. On the flip side, the book... more

|
By: RH Disney Publisher: RH/Disney December 26, 2006
Buy this for your car oriented children and they will spend HOURS looking at the pages and wanting you to 'read' it over and over. We bought this as a Christmas present for our 2 1/2 year old grandson and he still loves it. He is very careful with it and doesn't have to be supervised with it like the 'tab' books. He is still discovering graphics he hadn't noticed before and points at the pictures... more
