Hatha Yoga Illustrated, Kirk This is a wonderful book for beginning yoga students from Anusara instructor Martin Kirk. I met Martin in Barrington, IL, and bought his book in hard bound which is not available now. I purchased this book for my daughter who plans to become a yoga teacher for children and adults. Doc Wah

Makes Yoga Accessible to All Levels I am a yoga student and I have to say I love this book. It really breaks down each posture (asana) in terminology that is easy to understand and applicable for all skill sets. There are variations for beginners to more advanced skill levels. Plus the full color photos are a huge plus. I am very impressed with this book and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I would especially recommend it to those people who think they are not "flexible" enough to do yoga. The beginner variations make the postures accessible to everyone! Thank you to all the contributing authors!
