| 1. Return to Labyrinth Volume 3 (v. 3) |
|
By: Jake T. Forbes Publisher: TokyoPop May 12, 2009
I admit I bought all available volumes in one go without even reading the first one. That was a mistake. Going through all the volumes was painful. The plot had to be spoon fed to readers by having a cheap "sit down and explain everything" scene instead of letting the readers find everything out naturally because it wouldn't make sense and would be too difficult for the writer to be creative in that... more

| 2. Return to Labyrinth (v. 1) |
|
By: Jake T. Forbes, Chris Lie Publisher: Tokyopop August 08, 2006
Reasons why this manga should be burned -poorly drawn art -Sarah looks like a guy -Jareth is creepy in a queasy sort of way. Especially in one panel when he lears at Toby and says he won't peek when Toby leaves to take a bath. -the goblins bear no resemblance to Brian Frouds work. They look like they belong on an episode of "Ren and Stimpy" and are into bad puns. Seriously!... more

| 3. Return to Labyrinth Volume 2 (v. 2) |
|
By: Jake T. Forbes Publisher: TokyoPop October 09, 2007

It does not really develop the relationship between Jareth and the girl, the protagonists here are mostly new, and very bidimensional. I bought all three volumes because I really liked the movie. Big mistake... more

I don't want to write a long review so I will keep it short. That's a comic book including 3 different stories in different D&D universes. The artwork is pretty cool, but Drizzt was far better in the Legend of The Drizzt comic book series. The stories are ok, but DL could have been better. It was only about seeing Raistlin and Dalamar as a comic book character and nothing else. I especially... more
