| 1. X-Men: New Mutants Classic, Vol. 2 (v. 2) |
|
By: Chris Claremont, Bill Sienkiewicz Publisher: Marvel Comics February 07, 2007
The first volume of "New Mutants Classic" had five young mutants assembled under the tutelage of Professor Charles Xavier, go on a couple of adventures, and, in the finale, lose one of their number; the resolution to that story would not come for some time, but writer Chris Claremont wastes no time in adding to the cast, and greatly broadening the scope of the series.
The previous volume... more

| 3. The Bill Sienkiewicz Sketchbook (Vol. 1) |
|
By: Bill Sienkiewicz Publisher: Fantagraphics Books 1990-05
I have owned this book for about five years now and I must say that I love it. Whenever I need some inspiration I'm taking it down from the shelf. It is packed with his sketches in various styles. Some are full colour paintings. Some times a sketchbook says more than a book full of perfekt originals. Here's alot of portrait and pictures from his daylife. From the subwaytrain and others. Mixed up... more

|
By: Richard K. Morgan Publisher: Marvel Comics June 21, 2006
Sordid and violent.
Which is sort of what you expect when you have companies, criminals and spies running around.
Complete with bits of Morgan's take on the background of the Black Widow, as well as bits of Daredevil and Nick Fury involved - which may not have been necessary as much as it was - although the character history between the Widow and Hornhead can often make this... more
