Office of Financial Management - Serves as the focal point for Departmentwide financial matters by providing direction, planning, and oversight for financial policy and procedures, financial reporting, the management control program, accounting policy and systems, and audit follow-up.
Office of Insular Affairs - Coordinates federal policy in the territories of American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and oversight of federal programs and funds in the freely associated states of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
Office of the Solicitor - Provides legal services to the various elements of the Department of the Interior, manages the department’s Ethics Office and resolves FOIA Appeals.
