NOTE: After playing loads and loads of Capcom vs. SNK last night, I'm now consumed by the desire to inflict a "ratio system" on everything. Hence a change to the poll format: the more often a character has appeared, the more points you can assign to them. This should go a long way towards eliminating the things that annoy me, like third-stringers climbing into the top ten...
